- Can I return a product? Eligible return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery and must meet policy conditions.
- Is an unboxing video required? Yes. A clear unboxing video is mandatory for return, refund, replacement, damaged item, incorrect item, and missing item claims.
- Will my return be accepted without an unboxing video? No. No return, refund, replacement, or claim will be approved without a valid unboxing video.
- When will I receive my refund? Approved prepaid refunds usually take 5 to 7 business days. COD or manual refunds may take 7 to 10 business days after verification.
- What if I received a damaged or incorrect item? Report it within the eligible window with your order ID, photos if available, and a valid unboxing video.

Order tracking
Tracking details are shared after dispatch. If your tracking number is active but not showing movement, please allow up to 24 hours for courier scans to update.
For delayed tracking, share your order ID with support so we can check the latest courier status.
Shipping questions
Most orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days and delivered within 3 to 7 business days after dispatch, depending on your pincode and courier availability.

Returns questions
